CD & DVD DUPLICATION

Since our reincarnation, we have had to develop a new pricing structure & terms for our duplication & replication services. We have tried to keep our prices as low as possible, which in this 'oil' crazy society, isn't a small task! Our duplications start at 20 units & can run in the thousands. This is for you if you need a product quickly or if you need a small quantity, and don't mind paying a little more. It's a good way to start out & build up to a pressing. Replications (pressings) begin at 500 & can also continue infinitely. They are more economical, but take longer to make & are not available in shorter runs.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING:

Prices do not include gst or shipping. 1) By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are the legal copyright owner of all material provided and/or used by you in conjunction with this order, and further that you indemnify us against any and all legal matters arising out of such use in any way whatsoever. 2) Artwork and audio/visual material must be complete and to our specifications or charges will apply. Colour copy proof must be supplied with artwork files. Printing in CMYK is subject to colour variation of +/- 10%. 3) Artwork must be to correct size and dimensions, and at least 300dpi resolution and cmyk colour profile. Preferred formats are: CorelDraw X3 or earlier, Photoshop 7 or earlier, tif, gif, or hi res pdf. If any other colour profile is used other than cmyk, charges for colour correction will apply. Artwork must be supplied separately to the audio/visual masters (either on disc or via internet). 4) A one-time set up charge of $25.00 will apply for all new artwork. Any changes to the artwork after the proof is sent, whether done in-house or provided by the customer, will incur a minimum additional setup charge of $25.00. Any further proofs/corrections will incur additional charges. 5) Audio/visual Masters must be exactly in the format and order of what you wish to be duplicated or charges will apply. 6) 1 proof to customer free of charge, if other proofs are required it will be at the customers' expense. 7) Standard turnaround time is 5-7 working days from written approval of proof, however this may vary during particularly busy periods such as the Christmas season. Please confirm your turnaround time at the time of ordering. If a quicker turnaround time is required, a surcharge of 25% of the total cost of the job will apply. This is an estimate only and we make no guarantees on turnaround or delivery times. 8) A deposit is required with the order, and the balance paid prior to delivery. If the order is cancelled at any stage prior to completion, the deposit will be forfeit and no refund will be provided. 9) We may offer trading terms at our discretion. Should you exceed these terms, we may take steps to recover the debt and all expenses incurred in doing this will be added to your debt, such as collection agents fees, legal costs, etc. FOR FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE SEE OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS SECTION.
